About The Grove Foundation
The Grove makes quality therapy accessible and affordable by connecting you with a team of experienced Foundation Therapists who are in the final stages of their training. The Grove Foundation is based in the heart of London’s West End, near Harley Street in central London W1. All Foundation therapists receieve regular clinical supervision to support their therapy work at The Grove.
Robert Rees and Sarah Briggs are directors of The Grove. Before training as psychotherapists, they each held high-level executive positions in international business. So they have a deep understanding of issues that arise in commercial life, as well as a profound grasp of how psychological therapy supports clients in developing a more fulfilling perspective on life and relationships.
Therapists at The Grove Foundation belong to at least one professional association:
- British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
- United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
- College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT)
- Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals (FDAP)
- National Council for Psychotherapy (NCP)
All these regulating bodies have rigorous training criteria. Every therapist at The Grove adheres to the comprehensive and strict code of ethics of their professional organisation and of the appropriate regulating body. All our therapists undertake ongoing clinical supervision, as appropriate to their mode of practice.
